What Is Home Patient Care?

Do you need hospital reports?
For initial assessment, doctor reports, recent test results and the current medication list are highly valuable. They improve plan quality and patient safety.
Will staff change during long-term care?
Continuity of the patient–caregiver bond matters. We aim to keep the same team; backups are assigned only for time off.
Do you serve palliative patients?
Yes. End-of-life care prioritizes comfort and pain management. We can provide 24-hour companionship and emotional support to ease the family's burden.
Do you support hospital transport?
For non-emergency transfers we work with partner ambulance providers. We can organize bedridden-patient transport.
Can a single caregiver work 24 hours?
For caregiver effectiveness and patient safety we don't recommend it. Live-in care is structured as 12+12 shifts or daily rotation to ensure rest.
